Lord of the Rings

While the Lord of the Rings does not directly fall under Medieval Warfare, or even Medieval History, the story certainly was influenced heavily by the Middle Ages, and indeed the Lord of the Rings story appears to take place in some Medieval Realm.

I enjoyed the Lord of the Rings movies and, beyond their entertainment value, these movies are excellent examples of medieval warfare.

In particular, if you are interested in medieval sieges you should pay close attention to the siege on Gondor. This allows you to witness an epic medieval siege in all its destruction!
